Scheduled classes run:
Mondays: 9 – 10 am and 6:30 – 7:30 pm
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 7 – 8 am; 9 – 10 am; 6:30 – 7:30; and 7:30 – 8:30
Saturdays: 7- 8 am and 8:30 – 9:30 am
