Congratulations to Dawn and Mark winners of Lisa’s 2015 Fitness Challenge. Mark and Dawn, a husband and wife team that train with Lisa, are reaching their fitness goals – losing weight and getting into great shape.

Scheduled classes run:

Mondays: 9 – 10 am and 6:30 – 7:30 pm

Tuesdays/Thursdays: 7 – 8 am; 9 – 10 am; 6:30 – 7:30; and 7:30 – 8:30

Saturdays: 7- 8 am and 8:30 – 9:30 am
